Jason Gregory

CEO/Owner, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Jason has worked with the Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) population since 1998.  Prior to him establishing PNW Helping Hands, his BRS experience started as a front line staff, working his way up to a Program Manager, and then a Director for other agencies. His duties included, but were not limited to, training staff, overseeing and implementing the treatment of clients, participating in the client admissions all while maintaining compliance with the BRS contract. He has both the educational background and real-life experience that is essential in understanding the population we serve. He believes with his passion and experience, he can and has made positive changes in our youth.

Blake McFrederick

President, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Blake has been an integral part of the PNW Helping Hands family since 2011. Before joining PNW Helping Hands, he gained eight years of experience in working with the population requiring Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) in other organizations. Blake has lived in Spokane for the entirety of his life and has chosen to raise his four sons in the Spokane Valley with his Wife.

Kendra Tilson

Vice President, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Kendra became a part of the PNW Helping Hands family in 2017.  With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in General Business Management, she came to the organization with previous work experience in administration, benefits, and human resources. She has lived in Spokane for twenty years and resides in the Spokane Valley with her two daughters.

Zitlali Marquez

Clinical Consultant, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Zitlali has been with the PNW Helping Hands family since 2015. She began her journey with us as an RTC, working her way up to the Clinical Consultant role. Lali is excited to continue to see the impact she has when working with impassioned staff and the Unaccompanied Refugee Minors we support who come to us from all parts of the world.

Tyler Gamboa

Human Resources Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Tyler joined our team in 2022 as the Assistant Office Manager and worked his way up to HR. He graduated from EWU with his Bachelors in Business Management. Tyler is passionate about helping others succeed, and in his free time, he can be found on a disc golf course or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brad Deaton

Director & Quality Improvement Specialist, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Brad joined our team in 2018, he graduated with his Master’s in Healthcare Management from the University of Idaho. Brad has been working in the behavioral and developmental disability field for over 10 years. In his free time he enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family.

Amber Webb

Director, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Amber has been working in the BRS field for 8 years, she has a passion for supporting youth from various backgrounds as they navigate adolescence. Amber joined our team in 2021, she started as a Program Manager and quickly moved her way up to a Director position. Amber has a beautiful 7-year-old son and enjoys spending her free time traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Ed Schafer

Director, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Ed graduated from EWU with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Management with a minor in communication. Ed was the managing partner of a successful business for 30 years here in Spokane, during which time he worked with the Special Olympics and local high schools through career focus. Ed joined our team in 2022, he is married and has a large, blended family including 5 grandkids and 3 dogs.

Heather Vaughn

Balfour Program Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Heather started with PNW Helping Hands in 2024, she has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past 5 years and enjoys helping them to reach their highest potential. Heather graduated from SNHU with a Bachelor’s in Child Psychology and intends to pursue her Master’s in Social Work in the near future. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and doing activites such as photography and playing softball. She hopes to continue making a positive difference in kids’ lives for many years.

Amanda Webb

Jace Program Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Amanda has a passion for working with youth and has been working in the field for 12 years, including her time as a preschool teacher. Amanda has been working in Behavioral Rehabilitation for 6 years, joining our team in 2021. Amanda is a proud mom of 2 very bright boys who she can always be found enjoying time with when not at work.

Katherine Cotton

Mason Program Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Katherine joined our team in 2023. She has a passion for working with youth and has been working with children since 2015. Katherine has her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is working towards her Master’s Degree. She has always enjoyed working with children and at risk-youth. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Mike Troya

Mikhail Program Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Mike joined PNW Helping Hands in 2022 as a Supervisor and worked his way up to a Program Manager. He has been working with children and families on a profesional level for 6 years and privately for 23 years. At PNW Helping Hands he has been able to continue growing in both the BRS and DDA service lines. Mike brings real life expirence and relatability to the conpany as he navigated the Foster Care system in his youth. He is honored to be a living example to our clients of what hard work and following your heart can do.

Marlo Mendez

Nathan Program Manager, PNW Helping Hands Inc.

Marlo has been working in this field for 16 years, helping create and facilitate multiple programs for at risk youth. She spent 11 years working at a Native American youth facility assisting them with alternative schooling and the GED program among many other things. Marlo is also on the board of directors for both the JITA and Shale Coalition.
